Post-Delivery Familiarisation Check for all Motability Customers
Approximately one month after you receive your vehicle we will contact you to arrange a visit to a destination of your choice to check that everything is working perfectly and to answer any questions that may have arisen in your first few weeks of ownership.
Annual Service Checks for all Motability Customers
We want to support you fully through the full length of your ownership. One of our engineers will visit you each year of your Motability lease to carry out a full safety inspection. We will call you in advance to arrange the best time to visit to fully check over your vehicle, covering the main elements of the conversion including:
- Ramp or tail lift
- Safety belts system
- Winch (if applicable)

With over 50 years technical experience you can rely on our Aftercare department to help with any queries. Our expert customer support team is on hand to offer advice on issues and guidance when supplying replacement parts.
We offer the peace of mind of a 3-year warranty on the vehicle conversion in addition to the full manufacturer’s vehicle warranty and our used cars are delivered with a 6 month warranty.

With hundreds of different parts in stock Gowrings can readily supply parts for the most popular components used in wheelchair access vehicle conversions, including ramps, restraints, seat belts and seating and much more. Our aftercare team will be happy to help with advice and parts supply for as long as you own the vehicle, even after your warranty has expired.
