Telephone Consumer Sales Executive

Job Role:

  • Identify and liaise with customers considering the purchase of a new or used wheelchair accessible vehicle.
  • Identify customer requirements and propose suitable vehicles to meet their needs.
  • Arrange vehicle demonstrations with customers.
  • Follow-up demonstration to convert enquiry to a sale.
  • Maintain Company CRM tool.
  • Provide customers with a point of contact throughout sales cycle.

This role requires candidates to possess strong telephone capability and a proven record of success. Strong interpersonal skills and a high standard of verbal and written skills are essential. A background in financial services or medical/health sales may be advantageous for this ‘solutions’ selling role.
