When you contact us, a mobility advisor will talk to you over the telephone about your current situation and your future motoring needs. As well as advise you on which model of vehicle would suit your requirements, they can also talk to you about funding options including the Motability scheme.
The next step will involve one of our demonstrators bringing the car to you to confirm it really is the most appropriate for the wheelchair user, the driver and all the family members.
A typical visit would include going on a drive or a local trip, trying out all the wheelchairs and equipment you may use. At the end of the visit, the demonstrator will write a full written report that goes straight back to your personal mobility advisor.
The service is free, it's unique and we will never sell you a car without one.
