St John Ambulance get Connected

Ray Mitten of St John Ambulance chose the Gowrings Tourneo Connect for its Passenger Transport Service, which provides non-emergency transport for patients to and from hospices, respite care, hospitals and nursing homes.

The specially converted Ford  Tourneo Connect vehicles, which will be used by Bromley and Kings College NHS Trusts, are designed to ensure that patients and staff can travel in safety and comfort. The unique Gowrings Mobility design, produced in collaboration with Ford, has a lowered floor for easy access and uses versatile 'tip and fold' seats offering various seating arrangements for up to six seated passengers or one wheelchair passenger, three seated passengers and the driver.
