Welder

We are looking for a welder to work our late shift.

Carrying out cutting and welding operations to new vehicles using MIG. Ideally you will be qualified to C&G / NVQ level. You will have experience of welding materials between 1mm and 8mm thick. Experience of working with vehicles is desirable but not essential.

The above position is on our late shift, (Monday – Thursday 2pm – 11pm, Friday 2pm – 6pm).

Customer Services Manager

We are looking for an experienced Customer Services Manager to manage our busy, friendly Customer Care department. The Customer Care team is responsible for organising thousands of demonstrations a year throughout the UK, fulfilling the ordering process, delivering over 1500 wheelchair accessible vehicles each year, and providing an efficient after sales and warranty service.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you should have a minimum of 5 years previous Customer Service Management experience with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service; excellent people management skills; vision and resource planning, and the ability to coach and train a team.
