Terms and Conditions - Event Prize Draw Competition
bbnav Free Prize Draw Terms & Conditions 1. Open to anyone who visits Gowrings Mobility at an event between 1st March 2009 and 31st March 2010. Employees of Gowrings Mobility, their families and any associated companies, agencies or suppliers are excluded from entering this prize draw. By entering the free prize draw all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. 2. No purchase necessary. 3. To qualify for the free prize draw entrants must speak to a Gowrings Mobility team member at an event and pass on the details required to complete an enquiry form and confirming the desire to enter the bbnav free prize draw. 4. Only one entry per person is permitted. No bulk or third party entries are permitted. 5. Entries must be through speaking to a Gowrings Mobility team member, noted on an official enquiry form. 6. No liability can be accepted for entries that are lost or damaged. 7. There will be two winners each month and the prize offered is a bbnav Blue Badge enabled satellite navigation system including postage and packaging, worth £195 (+£9.50 P&P). 8. All entries received by the end of each month will be entered into a draw for that month and drawn by 15th of the following month and notified by post by the end of that month. For example an entry made on 22nd June will be added to the draw for the June entries and drawn by the 15th July. The winners for June will be notified by the 31st July. 9. The promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the results of the prize draw. 10.
